It's been a while since we've purchased a new tool. Thanks to Dremel's media campaign, I became aware of this new product.
It looked interesting so I suggested to Steph that we get it. This is our review of the features and how to use it to help you determine if this is something that needs to find a place in your DIY space. Product:

The biggest fail is the design of the dust collection. It's ineffective and it's very difficult to find wet dry vac connectors that will work. When the hose is connected, the saw is then unbalanced. Plus, once you do get it hooked up and in use, there is still a lot of sawdust left on the platform surface. This feature needs some work in our opinion.
Bottom line, despite the fail features, we like this!
We think it is especially good for anyone just starting out or even for a more experienced woodworker who wants the convenience if they only need to make a few cuts. Let us know if you have this and what you think. Please note: This is not a sponsored post. FYI: We are not professionals, and we don't claim to be. This is what we found worked for our project.
