A few months ago we shared a review video of the Ryobi Leaf Vac/Mulcher. Now that it's fall, this is a great time to see if in action again!

Make sure to watch the video above!

Product:

  • RYOBI 40V Vac Attack Cordless Battery Leaf Vacuum/Mulcher (Home Depot)

Here is that original video.

I typically blow the leaves in my backyard toward my temporary fence. You can see they have been piling up, and the vacuum sucks them right up. Also, these are freshly fallen leaves, unlike the old leaves I showed in the first video.

I have a lot of trees in my backyard, which is why I don’t have any grass. There is too much shade for grass to grow. The leaves come from all the trees. I have tried many methods to remove the leaves, and this is still the fastest I have found.

Once the bag is full, the leaves are mulched inside. I will typically off load them in the yard or set them out for yard trash day.
