Join us as we talk about our journey on the Whole30 program.

Tips for starting Whole 30:
  • READ the book (we bought the digital version on iBooks)
  • Get a buddy to work through the plan with you—keeps you accountable & on track
  • Planning ahead of time is the key to shopping, cooking, & eating out

Favorites

Convenience  Foods
  • Frozen, sweet potato chunks from Fresh Market (their brand)
  • Chicken broth, walnuts, canned wild caught salmon & Larabars (the two that are plan approved are packaged together) from Costco
  • Organic potatoes from Trader Joe's

Restaurants
  • Chick-Fil-A: grilled nuggets, fruit cup, salad without dressing or cheese
  • Zoe’s Kitchen: steak or chicken kabobs, grilled potatoes, grilled veggies, no sauce
  • SmashBurger: spinach salad with grilled chicken, no dressing or cheese
  • Grub Burger: grilled hamberger on bed of lettuce, bring your own ketchup

Wait, what were we cooking?
  • Yummy salmon cakes from the Whole30 book
