We've been users of the Wet & Forget family of products for many years now. They work, that's why we continue to use them.
Our first introduction to Wet & Forget was their outdoor product which we first tried at Steph's house many years ago. It has worked so well over the years that she's never had to have the outside of her house professionally cleaned. While working on this post, we marveled at how good the outside of her house looked six months after the latest application of Wet & Forget Outdoor cleaner! Now, we take you inside to share the results of using Wet and Forget Shower.
Here are three products that I've used to clean up heavy build up before starting my Wet & Forget Shower routine:
Hard water spotting in this shower is a really big problem as you can see. If you have hard-water spotting to this degree, you will have to manually clean it before starting a weekly routine of Wet & Forget Shower. The product will not get rid of build-up like this, but after it's clean and you start using it, the results below speak for themselves! (In case you're wondering about the purple shampoo in the picture. That's the secret to keeping my white hair from looking brassy!)
Although this staining around the faucet is minor, it always bothered me. I've tried many things to clean it with no change. I've used so many things that I actually damaged the countertop to the right of the faucet. I tested a sample of Cambria quartz with the Wet & Forget Shower. I left it on 24 hours and saw that it didn't damage the material so I tried it in this area.
Another thing I've started doing to help keep the shower cleaner is to stop storing bath products in the shower. Leaving bottles and more in the shower just creates more areas to clean. Now I leave everything in a plastic caddy (like the one for the Wet and Forget cleaning stuff) and just bring it to the shower when I need it. Without the bottles and such in the way, it's much easier to spray on the Wet & Forget as well as to wipe down the shower glass after showering.
